Formed in Alberta in 2015, Team Builder Solutions has grown into Canada’s go-to firm for Construction Management Consulting and Education.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Doug’s career is about getting the job done. His ability to envision the project from planning to completion is key to full integration of project delivery. With over 35 years of project execution experience, from roles in the field to overall project director of mega projects, Doug’s strong leadership has resulted in a reputation for building strong and effective teams. He excels at representing owner interest through constructability assessment during early planning and has demonstrated how effective early planning and stakeholder integration leads to improved project execution. His focus is on the inclusion of execution expertise during the earliest stages of planning, and on ensuring stakeholder alignment from contracting strategy through to progress reporting and final turnover of the project. He is committed to training of best practice principles of Integrated Project Delivery and Advanced Work Packaging for all participants and ensures accountability for implementing these principles is a major component of the execution plan.

ALLAN GADD, CEC, LEED AP
GENERAL MANAGER

Allan is a construction professional with over 30 years of building and constructability experience, and an established role as leader, manager and mentor. He has a full understanding of business development, pre-construction strategy, construction process, subcontractor leadership, and operational excellence built from both field operations and executive management experience. Allan’s history spans the industry from pre-construction and construction skills to commercial and industrial projects including; hospitals, airports, commercial offices, and oil and gas facilities ranging from $1m – $4.8b. Allan specializes in large scale projects, with focused experience in project/site management, integrated project delivery, advanced work packaging, trade co-ordination and negotiation, construction logistics, pre-construction planning, project administration, safety, quality assurance & quality control, LEED environmental measures, project closeout, turnover documentation, production control techniques and lean construction methodology.

PRESIDENT

Eric’s career is all about transformations. His ability to communicate vision and execute strategy is key to those adaptations. For over 30 years, his strong leadership development and execution of rapid profit growth strategies has produced outstanding business results. His career in both Sales & Marketing and Operations & Engineering across various industries includes roles as Senior Executive, Vice President, President, CEO, and business owner. He excels at applying change management principles to major change initiatives and the training of others. He is an expert in developing and growing leaders, and coaching and mentoring average performers to achieve excellent team performance. His focus is on aligning strategy with culture, securing team buy-in and support for change, as well as on developing and executing strategic plans on-time and on-budget with desired results. He is adept at applying and teaching best practices in Change Management/LEAN/TOC/6 Sigma Quality Systems and Integrated Project Delivery.
